What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is where an item is availble for purchase but is not currently in stock. When you place your Pre-order it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer or designer. The Pre-order is paid for so your item or items can be allocated to your order. 

Our Pre-order styles will state that they are a Pre-order on the product details so please read carefully. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre-order purchase. 

Why do we offer pre-orders?

Pre-orders allow us to offer a wider range of items whilst keeping our prices as low and affordable as possible. It also means that you are generally able to get the item you like and in the size you require. Pre-orders are also offered for items that are in high demand and that may have sold out.

What is the wait time on a Pre-order item?

A wait time of between 3-6 weeks applies for all Pre-order items. We do our best to have all pre-order items shipped to you within 4 weeks. In some circumstances there may be some delays (ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods) which are often outside of our control.

We understand that delays can be disappointing and we share in your disappointment. We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible so you can enjoy them. In the event of any delays we will contact you to advise of the delay at which point you can decide if you would like to wait or receive a full refund.
