How much is shipping?


We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide for $7.00


Express post shipping options available upon request.


FREE shipping on orders of $80 and over. Simply enter code SHIPFRE80 at checkout.


Delivery times will vary depending on Australia Post, we take no responsibility for lengthy delivery times or delays within the Australia Post system.


When will my order be shipped?


We work hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days for items in stock.


Note: If your order contains a pre-order item your items will not be shipped until your pre-order item has arrived. Please see pre-orders for more information.


Pre-orders


If your order contains a pre-ordered item, nothing within that order will be posted until the pre-ordered item arrives. If you would like the rest of your items posted separately to your pre-ordered item, please place two separate orders (Note: postage will need to be paid twice, one for each order).


REFUNDS


Can I get a refund?


We only offer refunds if your item is faulty or significantly not as described.


You have 2 weeks from the date of arrival to inform us of any faults/ flaws with your items and provide us with the postal tracking number of your returned goods.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


If approved, the refund will be processed and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5 business days.


If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after it has been processed please contact us via email.


RETURNS


Do you accept returns?


Yes, we happily accept returns provided all of the below conditions are met;

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all tags attached.

2. The item is returned to us within 10 days of receipt

3. The item was not purchased on Sale or on Clearance.

4. Proof of purchase is provided (invoice, order number)


If all of the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. If you are unsure please check with us via email before returning goods.


Do you exchange items?


No. Due to our quick moving inventory we cannot offer exchanges, instead you will be issued a store credit to repurchase the correct item/ size once your return is received.


If you need the new item quickly we recommend you re-purchase the correct item/size to avoid missing out. You can then use your store credit at a later date. Alternatively, you can contact us via [email protected] with the details and we will do our best to assist wherever we can.


Who covers the postage costs for returns?


Unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described and requires a refund, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of an item.


How do I return an item?


Please email us at [email protected] with the details of your return and we will advise the best way to return it to us, including our return shipping address.


Note: When returning an item we highly recommend you use a tracked postal service as refunds or store credits will not be provided on items that we do not receive. Please allow 5 business days for processing of store credits or refunds once the item has been received by us.


How do I get my store credit after I have returned something?


Once we have received and processed your return we will email you advising you of your store credit, how to access it and the total amount of the store credit.

Sale items and Clearance items are not eligible for return.
